Forms and where to send things

Dues are $10 a year. You do not need to be a member to donate; the Foundation is a 501(c)(3), so gifts are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

What dues support

Encouraging corporate responsibility to protect and maintain United and associated archive collections, keeping aviation scholarship programs active, uniform collection and documentation projects, new exhibits for local and worldwide events, and recruiting volunteers.

No artifact will be turned away, whether a promotional item, vintage ad or poster, uniform or meal-service item. UAHF is also seeking memorabilia from Continental Airlines to preserve the history of another great airline. Every donated item is cataloged and kept in archival conditions until it is needed for a rotating display or a loan to another aviation museum. As of the end of 2022 the archive storage room at DENTK was no longer available because of the demand for pilot and mechanic training space, and the archive is held in storage units near DENTK.
